Yet we know legalization is the intended goal because we voted on it last November. Prop 19 would have legalized marijuana outright. Although it was clearly defeated, and should have sent a strong message, once again legalizers are working on another legalization plan for 2012, while some state legislators continue to chip away at our drug laws, one by one, despite the fact that they are violating their oath of office and the constitutional rights of millions of California residents.

 

How long are you willing to sit idly by and allow this fiasco to continue?

 

Recently, the U S Attorney’s Office sent letters to property owners in Spokane Washington telling them that medical marijuana dispensaries face federal prosecution if they do not end their operations immediately. The letters went on to say that they are prepared “for quick and direct action against the operators of the stores”, if they do not comply, within a specified time frame.

 

We need to do the same thing is California,  and we can accomplish this by writing letters to each of California’s U S Attorney asking them to enforce Federal law in California, by shutting down drug dealing operations -aka- marijuana dispensaries.

 

Write a letter and ask them to stop the ‘medical’ marijuana scam, shut down pot dispensaries, along with Oakland’s Oaksterdam University and The University of Cannabis, and to hold those people accountable.
